Goods:
We will provide a refund in full, less shipping costs, for any unsoiled products returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we can provide exchanges for unsoiled products in the original packaging.
If a free shipping offer is used on an order from which a return is made, the cost of shipping paid by ourselves will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Bits must be unused and clean. Please be aware if trying bits on that they mark very easily. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any marked or dirty bits.
Goods for Exchange:
Please enclose the appropriate return shipping fee with goods returned for exchange if they have been ordered in error (wrong size, colour etc). Alternatively, call our office on +44 (0)7743 012778 to pay the return shipping fee. Exchanged goods must be unsoiled and in original packaging.
Our Recommendation:
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are either lost or damaged in transit.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable without prior consent from the business.
