Return Policy

Goods:

We will provide a refund in full, less postage and packing, for any unsoiled products returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we can provide exchanges for unsoiled products in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Bits must be unused and clean. Please be aware if trying bits on that they mark very easily. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any marked or dirty bits.

Goods for Exchange:

Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange if they have been ordered in error (wrong size, colour etc). Alternatively, call our office on 01926 842491 to pay the return postage and packing fee. Exchanged goods must be unsoiled and in original packaging.

Our Recommendation:

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are either lost or damaged in transit.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable without prior consent from the business.
