NSC Guidelines
Visiting Clients During COVID-19
Pre-Visit Risk Assessment
We will gather all the information we need prior
to our visit. Including the yard owner’s permission,
taking a brief via phone or video.
COVID-19 Check
If you or anyone on your yard show symptoms of
COVID-19 or has started to self-isolate, you must
let us know and your appointment will be
re-scheduled.
Social Distancing
Please maintain a 2m distance between yourself
and our team at all times.
Limit Social Contact
There is no reason to have more than one person
present during your appointment. Additionally,
other horses will not be looked at without a full
pre-visit brief.
Our Equipment
Please do not touch any of our equipment during
your appointment.
Your Tack
We will need to touch your saddle, saddle cloth,
girth, bridle, leathers, etc. Please ensure these are
freshly cleaned and laundered.
Wash, Wash, Wash
Please wash your hands before and after your
appointment. We will maintain our hygiene
standards; we expect the same from you.
Payments
All payments should be made via Card or BACSto minimise the use of cash.
Health Comes First
If at any point our team feels that their healthis compromised, we will cancel and re-arrangeyour appointment.
